One Step Complete Tall Fescue

Pennington One Step Complete for Tall Fescue Areas makes it easy to repair bare spots and grow thick grass. This lawn repair solution combines grass seed, mulch and fertilizer in a pre-mixed, ready-to-use formula. The super-absorbent mixture holds and maintains moisture around the seed while providing essential nitrogen needed for growth. Designed for Tall Fescue areas in full sun to medium shade, it provides drought and traffic tolerance while repairing bare spots in 2 weeks or less under ideal growing conditions. To apply, remove debris, rake the soil to loosen and smooth top layer, then spread approximately 1 cup per square foot. Water daily as needed to keep soil moist until grass sprouts and reaches about 3 inches tall. One 5 lb bag covers up to 75 square feet. With seed, mulch and fertilizer together in one formula, Pennington One Step Complete makes bare spot repair simple from start to finish.

Prepare
Remove debris, then rake the soil to loosen and smooth the top layer.

Apply
For optimal results: Spread seeding mix approximately 1 cup/sq.ft. everywhere healthy beautiful grass is desired.
For extended results for grass up to 25% damage: Spread seeding mix approximately 1 cup/15 sq.ft. everywhere healthy beautiful grass is desired.

Water
Keep the soil moist by watering daily (twice a day, if needed) until grass sprouts and reaches about 3” tall. The wood mulch turns a darker color when properly watered. Once it turns a lighter color, it’s time to water again.
